Pecorino is a firm cheese made with ewe’s milk. It tastes great on its own, drizzled with strong chestnut honey or pairs well with sweet pears and walnuts. Pecorino is also often used to finish pasta dishes with its tangy, salty flavour similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano. Available dry or vacuum-packed.
