Roasted Red Pepper Dip

    4 ozGreen Chilli Peppers, canned, drained, chopped
    1 Garlic Clove, minced
    16 ozSALERNO - Traditional Ricotta
    7 ozRed Bell Peppers, roasted, drained, chopped
    1 tspSalt
    1 tspHot Sauce
    Add to Shopping List


      1. In a medium bowl, mix together Salerno Ricotta Cheese, roasted red peppers, green chilli peppers, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce.
      2. Chill in the refrigerator 2 hours, or until cold, before serving.
