Asiago Toasted Cheese Puffs


Broiled to perfection, these puffs are a true crowd pleaser.

    12 slicesBaguette
    1 cupIvanhoe Asiago, grated
    1 tspGarlic, pressed
    1/3 cupMayonnaise
    1 tspDried Oregano
    1 tbspParsley, dried
    1 pinchGround Black Pepper
    1 pinchSalt
    Add to Shopping List


      1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Asiago, garlic, mayonnaise, oregano, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.
      2. If the mixture does not hold together well, add more mayonnaise, if desired.
      3. On a baking sheet, arrange the baguette slices in a single layer.
      4. Spread the Asiago mixture on the slices. Broil for three minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
