    1 lbGround Lamb
    2 tbspFresh Mint, chopped
    2 tbspCilantro, chopped
    2 tbspOregano, chopped
    1 tbspGarlic, minced
    1 tspSherry Vinegar
    1 tspWhite Wine Vinegar
    1 tspMolasses
    1 tspGround Cumin
    1/4 tspGround Allspice
    1/2 tspChili Flakes
    1/2 tspSalt
    1/2 tspPepper
    4 4 Pita Breads
    4 slices4 slicesSALERNO - Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    1. Preheat grill for medium heat.
    2. Place the lamb in a large bowl, and mix with the mint, cilantro, oregano, garlic, sherry, vinegar, and molasses. Season with cumin, allspice, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
    3. Brush grill grate with oil. Grill burgers for 3 minutes. Flip the burgers, and cook for 3 more minutes. Flip one more time, place a slice of cheese on each burger, close the lid and cook for 2 more minutes.
    4. Heat the pita pockets briefly on the grill.
    5. Serve burgers wrapped in pitas with your favorite toppings.
