Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Spice up your crackers with this chilled dip.

  • Preparation: 130 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 oz (125mL) green chilli peppers, canned, drained, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 16 oz SALERNO - Traditional Ricotta
  • 7 oz red bell peppers, roasted, drained, chopped
  • 1 tsp (5mL) salt
  • 1 tsp (5mL) hot sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together Salerno Ricotta Cheese, roasted red peppers, green chilli peppers, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator 2 hours, or until cold, before serving.
