Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Spice up your crackers with this chilled dip.
Ingredients
- 4 oz (125mL) green chilli peppers, canned, drained, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 16 oz SALERNO - Traditional Ricotta
- 7 oz red bell peppers, roasted, drained, chopped
- 1 tsp (5mL) salt
- 1 tsp (5mL) hot sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together Salerno Ricotta Cheese, roasted red peppers, green chilli peppers, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator 2 hours, or until cold, before serving.
